A WORD FROM THE COACH......
I would like to express a heart felt thanks to all the parents, players and siblings of the team. Without all of you helping and volunteering your time, this team would not have been as great a success as it has been!
It has been a great pleasure and privilege to be part of the Coaching team we had this year. "For me, good Coaching requires a balance of the following basic principals: development, organization, motivation, discipline, communication and professionalism. Winning is more than just winning the big game. It includes applying the above principles in developing each player which, in turn, forms the necessary chemistry for a....winning team"
Along the way...I hope to to teach self discipline, teamwork, and the value of hard work. My goals for the team include those that promote teamwork, individual growth and success on and off the ice.
When the stresses of Coaching get to me at times....Lori reminds me that I'm in it for the kids and that re-fuels me to keep going. I hope that I succeeded in all my good intentions.
