Notice of Oro Minor Hockey 2019/20 Annual General Meeting
This year's Annual General
Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Oro
Medonte Arena in the upstairs banquet room.
All parents with players registered with Oro Minor Hockey this past season (2019-2020) are invited to attend.
The Annual General Meeting provides members of the association an opportunity to gain a better understanding of how the Association works. It provides an open forum for the board to review the current season, discuss future season, as well as elect new and returning members to the executive.
The meeting also provides the opportunity for members to ask questions regarding hockey in Oro.
If you are a member of the organization and interested in knowing more about Oro Minor Hockey, the Leagues we play in, and engaging with other members of the association you won’t want to miss this meeting!

All completed Nomination forms must be received by the Secretary no later than March 11th, 2020 by 7:30 PM via email ([email protected] ) or the drop box by the arena concession stand. All nominees will be posted to the website on or before March 18, 2019.
