Submitted By Scott Bjaanes on Monday, January 10, 2022
Thunder Families,

Effective  Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 12:01 a.m. for at least 21 days (until January 26, 2022), the province will return to the modified version of Step Two of the Roadmap to Reopen. These measures include closing indoor sport and recreational fitness facilities. As a result the Oro-Medonte Community Arena will be closing pre-emptively at midnight tonight.Township staff will continue to monitor the evolving situation and will provide an update to our users towards the end of the 21 day closure period as to when we may resume operations based on trends in public health and health system indicators. We ask for your continued patience and understanding as we respond to these new public health measures.
