Permission to Skate and NRP Forms

Permission to Skate Forms and NRP cards are now available.




Permission to Skate

Players that want to tryout for AAA must register with their home centre in order to obtain a Permission to Skate Form.  Permission to skate forms can be obtained by emailing [email protected].  Please be sure to include the players full name, DOB, address and the team they are trying out for.

NRP Cards

Players that want to tryout for A must register with their home centre in order to obtain a NRP Card.  NRP forms can be obtained by emailing [email protected].  Please be sure to include the players full name, DOB, address and the team they are trying out for.
