This
information is for current registered players for the birth years of 2007,
2008, and 2009 and their Home Centre is Oro Minor Hockey.
We are planning for the 2024/25 season and need to confirm if there are enough qualified players to roster a U18 Rep Team (Body Contact). In order to understand the level of interest we are asking all players in this age group to complete a brief questionnaire found at the link at the bottom of this message.
Based on responses received we will determine if a Rep team will be offered in the U18.
- If we receive enough positive responses we will proceed as per previous years with try outs in early September. Players expressing an interest will still be able to obtain PTS and NRP cards as needed to attend tryouts for Junior, AAA, AA and A Hockey.
- If we do not have enough players interested to offer a rep team, those players that expressed interest will be able to try out for rep hockey with the nearest Centre to their home address without requiring a NRP card. However, if this were the case, only players who respond to the questionnaire with interest would be eligible for this option. If you do not respond we will consider that to mean you are not interested.
Complete the link below by April 9th to advise on your commitment to tryout for U18 Rep (Body Contact Division) and confirm you will play on the team if selected in September. A decision will be made regarding how we will proceed in the coming days.
