Acceptance Policy
It is important to note that registrants are not registered to play Oro Minor hockey until on-line registration is completed and an e-transfer payment is made. No players will step on the ice until his/her registration fees are paid in full.
A copy of the registrant's birth certificate and a copy of a parent's driver's license MUST be sent to the registrar for all new players to Oro and those who are transferring players from another association. No player will be rostered to a team until this information has been received.
If payment has not been received then the player is not registered and may end up being wait listed. Once all age category spaces are filled, players who are still wait listed, in order, will be offered the opportunity to play if space becomes available in their age category.
You will receive a receipt by email when your registration is complete (including birth certificate and parent driver's license for new to Oro players) and payment has been received by the registrar. This is confirmation that you are registered to play in Oro Minor Hockey.
