Steps to Obtain Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check:
- Obtain a Police Check Letter – Oro Minor Hockey: Submit a request to [email protected], with your FULL NAME and POSITION for Oro Minor Hockey Association with a subject line of “Letter Request - Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check”
- Once you have requested the Police Check Letter – Oro Minor Hockey from Risk Management, you will receive a personalized letter to submit in Step 2.
- Go to https://www.opp.ca/index.php?id=147&lng=en and follow the steps for requesting a Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
- There is no cost to complete the Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Once you have received your Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check, please email a copy to [email protected]
