Custom Mouth Guard Clinic

3 mouth guard clinics will be held at her office at 56 Highland Ave Barrie. 
 
Thursday August 21st from 6-8pm, 
Friday August 29th 6-8pm and 
Saturday September 13th from 11am-1pm. 
The cost is $65 cash, please see the attached sign up sheet below. You will find 3 tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to choose your date and time. If you don't have excel then you can email me with the information.
