Novice LL, 2011-2012 (Oro Thunder Minor Hockey)

On Tueday March 13th the Novice LL travelled to Creemore to particpate in the Annual Novice Tournament.

The Novice Local league team traveled to Courtice on Sunday March 4th. In the day long tournament the team played 3 games against 3 different teams from Clarington. Ironically the Clarington teams share the Thunder name with Oro. In the first game Oro played a strong game, however they came away with a two to one loss to the Green Clarington Thunder. In game two Oro adjusted to the large ice surface and  again played well,this time they came away with a three to one victory over the Purple Clarington Thunder.
