Late Registration Fee Reductions
1. Registration and payment received after September 9th, 2023 will be subject to a $100 late registration fee. The exception to this late fee is for new players to Oro or new U7 players. If a player, due to late registration, has missed part of the playing season, a reduced registration fee may be charged if the lateness in registration is justified (eg. player just moved to the area, had been injured or ill, or had been trying out for a Junior hockey club). Such reduced fees shall be calculated in accordance with Table 1 below. If a player registers late without a justified reason (as listed above) they are subject to a late registration fee of $100.00. In addition they will be charged the fundraising lottery fee of $100 if registering before December 1st.
If a player returns to Oro Minor Hockey after the season is underway from a higher division (ie. A, AA, AAA) of hockey with another association the fee will be subject to the table below. If registering before December 1st the lottery fundraising fee will be applied. No late fee will be charged for these returning players. If placed on a rep team, the rep fees will also be calculated in accordance with Table 1.
