The boys (and girl!) of Bantam LL3 showed grit and determination during the 2 day tournament in Stayner last weekend.. By the end of Saturday, after three great games, we were in FIRST PLACE!
On Sunday, the "giants" of Thornton beat us by one goal in our first game, and Bradford got 2 up on us in the second.. leaving us with a fourth place finish.
All weekend the team showed great sportsmanship, and it was a great time for team building while experiencing the culinary adventures of Stayner! I know we are all looking forward to the Pepsi tournament in Buffalo in March... I hear they have good wings!... :)
