BOOMERS SHUT OUT STARS!
Boomers finish the series in a 2 game sweep!
The Boomers started the series and finished it in a single week-end. A great effort by all!
The first period battled on for the puck and Daniel (Tank) was able to pop one in unassisted.
In the second period the battle continued and a frustrated Wasaga Goalie punched our Justin (Crosby) but Crosby didn't get a concussion. A penalty resulted.
In the third period Oro Refs called 2 bogus penalties. Tripping by Nick (GiddyUp) and Too many men served by Justin (Crosby). Wasaga pulled their Goalie and Oro protected their lead and Ben's (The Wall) Shut out. (Belt notch 9)
Look out Honeywood....Here we come!
