Offensive output puts us in the Win Column
The boys had their best offensive output of the year, getting revenge for an earlier loss to Midland.

From the opening face off to the final buzzer the team put together their best offensive output and never looked back.  It was evident from the first shift the boys were ready to play as Will G broke in alone on the Midland goalie and narrowly missed scoring.
It wasn't long before Troy V opened the scoring and put us in front to stay.  Before the end of the first period a 5-0 lead had been built.  Troy V, who has been playing exceptionally well but snake bitten on the scoreboard was able to put 2 more past the Midland goalie to complete the hat trick.
Not to be outdone, Will G made up for the earlier miss with a hat trick of his own with 3 beautiful goals; a breakaway that left the goalie so far out of position, a great shot to the top corner and a one timer off the draw.
The game winning goal came from the stick of Blake B, a gritty effort that saw him deftly tuck the puck between the legs of the Midland goalie.
Although not overly busy, Graydon B made some great saves and key times to frustrate the opposition.  Unfortunately the frustration boiled over resulting is some nasty play but I am proud of our boys for maintaining composure and playing with integrity.
Despite heavy push back in the second period, the calm and cool Caelan G lead the defensive core of Alfie B, Sam F and Jordan H who all had fantastic games.  Additional key factors were the diligent play of Keon S who stood tall (again!) and did an excellent job killing penalties with Blake B.

Definitely a great game to build momentum, congrats to All!
